About this Death Cafe

Personal experience with the death of three beloved family members left me with a number of regrets and doubts that I carried with me for many years. Once I realized that I wanted to work supporting people dealing with end-of-life I discovered Death Cafe. This is a perfect opportunity to share what I've learned in my trainings with my neighbors in Portland, OR. 

Come wonder, inquire, support and learn with a small group of curious folks. It's my honor to facilitate such personal conversations. Thank you for trusting the Death Cafe model and me!

About Christine Marie Borchert

Christine Borchert will be hosting this event. Christine has spent the last 20 years facilitating conversations for people focused on learning and change. Recently certified as an end-of-life doula through the International End of Life Doula Association, Christine has been spending many hours supporting the dying through hospice volunteering, hosting workshops and participating in panel events with the End of Life Care Collaborative.
