About this Death Cafe
Death is not something that gets discussed regularly. You’re not exactly the life of the party when you bring it up. Why is that? We all know about it, everyone is touched by it so why do we have to think about it in a vacuum? Therefore, the purpose of this event will be just to talk about death without expectations. You can discuss your feelings, fears, thoughts in a multi-generational, respectful setting. We’ll have coffee/tea and perhaps a little dessert and just talk about what comes to mind.
What this is not is a bereavement support or grief counseling setting. There is no agenda, handouts, guest/professional speakers or specific topics. It will be ‘organic’.
Please join us. As always—parking is validated. Make sure it’s a yellow ticket!
