About this Death Cafe
On All Souls’ Day, November 2, St. Margaret’s Episcopal Church will host a Death Cafe from 6:30 pm until 7:30 pm after the 5:30 Eucharist in the parish hall.
At a Death Cafe people, often strangers, gather to eat cake, drink coffee and tea and discuss death. The objective is "to increase awareness of death with a view to helping people make the most of their (finite) lives". A Death Cafe is a group-directed discussion of death with no agenda, objectives or themes.
About St Margaret's Episcopal Church
The Revs. Denny Allman and Tommy Dillon, two Episcopal priests who serve at St. Margaret's Church will facilitate the discussion.
