About this Death Cafe

The Death Cafe will be part of our Embracing Death and Dying day. This is a day devoted to reflecting on various aspects of death and dying. We have many wonderful speakers joining us on the day including Jon Underwood the founder of the Death Cafe movement.

Organisers:

Kagyu Samye Dzong London is a Tibetan Buddhist Centre based in Central London.


Facilitators:

Bardo Group is a group of volunteers connected to Kagyu Samye Dzong London who work under the guidance of Lama Zangmo. We provide practical help and assistance to those  who may be in need during critical illness or during the often difficult period leading up to their eventual passing from this life. We are also able to be present during funeral services to say prayers for the recently deceased.

The Bardo Group are resposible for annualy hosting the very popular Embracing Death and Dying day.
