Not a grief or support group, just a friendly group of people talking about death - which can help people make the most of their finite lives.

Mitsuo Tomita, M.D., is a retired family practice physician in San Diego.
Jeanne Bredestege is a former regional manager for the San Diego Hospice and The Institute for Palliative Medicine.
