About this Death Cafe

We need a more opportunities to discuss, learn and be open about death, dying and loss.By holding a Death Cafe it will give people chance to explore this subject in a relaxed, open enviroment.

There will be no agenda at the cafe and no promotion of certain views, businesses or beliefs. It is just a chance to expolore the one subject area none of us can avoid! There will be plenty of hot drinks and cake to help the meeting along!

About Jacqui Moore

I have lived in Wotton for most of my life. I trianed as a nurse and worked extensilvely in the care sector at home and abroad. I ran a shop in Wotton for 8 years after my daughter was born before re training as an independent celebrant three years ago.

I work mainly as a funeral celebrant, helping families to create a ceremony that is right for them and their loved one. My work has immersed me in to the subject of death and dying and I am amazed how few people consider or share their views with those closest to them.
