About this Death Cafe
We will meet, pour tea, serve cake, and briefly introduce ourselves. Then our conversation may begin, making sure that everyone has the time to speak. Then at about 8:40 we will allow each person to speak. A basket will be available for donations, but these are totally voluntary.
About Carolyn
I am Carolyn and I am very happy to host Death Cafes. I am a retired RN, worked with seriously ill persons and I am very interested in aspects of death. I believe our culture has taboos and fear around death.
