About Mitsuo Tomita and Barbara Bailey
Mitsuo Tomita is a retired family practice physician and past co-chair of the San Diego County Coalition for Improving End-of-Life care.
Barbara Bailey, RN, MS, has thirty years experience in nursing education and palliative care. She currently presents and facilitates in the areas of advance care planning and end-oflife care, aging and sage-ing.
