About this Death Cafe

I always bring name tags to my events because I'm horrible at remembering names but, as a visual learner, if I've got your name tag in my vision, I'm pretty good at remembering. 

I usually start the meeting by having the person sitting to my left introduce themselves and what experiences they might wish to share with us or why they are there. I work my way around the room and it never fails that we have plenty of things to talk about until the very end.

I'm a 15 year, cancer-slayer and am intimate with my own mortality.

I believe we should all live as though we are dying. I enjoy learning about options in the realm of death and dying and come away from these meetings having learned something new each time. 

I love meeting people, enjoy my flourless chocolate cake and wish to take the fear out of death.
