About this Death Cafe
We are working on Global Interventions at the End of Life, a research project which is led by Professor Clark and funded by the Wellcome Trust. The project looks at ways in which communities around the world respond to death and caring for the dying.
We will be on hand to join in the conversation, not to lead the discussions nor to educate people.
The evening will be very informal, with a focus on respect, and on the confidentiality of participants.
About Glasgow End of Life Studies Group
Professor David Clark, School of Interdisciplinary Studies, University of Glasgow, Dumfries, is in charge of the plans and Dr Shahaduz Zaman, Reverend Hamilton Inbadas and Catriona Forrest will be on hand to help the conversation flow.
