About this Death Cafe
Welcome to a unique opportunity to drink coffee, eat cake, and discuss death with interesting people!
Death Cafes are one way to open up the conversation about death. They happen in ordinary places, with other human beings, without any particular agenda – and within an environment that encourages openness, respect, curiosity, and confidentiality.
It's not group therapy, not a lecture, and there's nothing to sell. But it is likely to be enlightening, fun, and thought-provoking.
The Death Café objective is ‘to increase awareness of death with a view to helping people make the most of their (finite) lives.’
Come experience a Death Cafe, an event that's free and open to all. Please RSVP if you plan to join us – maximum of 20 participants.
Thank you to the Visiting Nurse Associations of America for sponsoring this April event.
