About this Death Cafe

As providers of services to low income seniors and marginalized communities, both Dragon Mountain and Fox Point Senior Citizens, Inc have recognized that the most marginalized of all is the general community - especially when it comes to being able to talk about the reality of mortality and the impact of its awareness of the individual life. We believe that conscientious discussion about death can help all to improve the quality of their life.

About Cassandra Tribe, Fox Point Senior Center

Cassandra Tribe is the master of the Dragon Mountain Chan Buddhism Center and has worked with Hospice for many years.

Fox Point Senior Citizens, Inc. is a private, non-profit, 501(c)(3) multi-purpose senior center. We provide a hot meal, activities and services to low income senior citizens and the handicapped. We have been doing this 5 days a week since 1972.
