About this Death Cafe
While the official death cafe starts at 4pm - our program begins at 2! Come early for the special guest presentation by Peter Stefan, of Graham Putnam & Mahoney Funeral Parlors. Peter Stefan, a Funeral Director with over thirty-five year’s experience serving families in the Worcester, MA area will speak about his experience with the Boston Marathon Bombing. Peter was responsible for preparing and finding a spot to bury the body of deceased marathon bombing suspect Tamerlan Tsarnaev. Peter will talk about this, as well as his forthcoming book and other issues, and offer an extended participatory question and answer period. Death Cafe will follow with refreshments.
