About this Death Cafe
The sponsoring organization is Further Shore, a nonprofit whose mission is to provide education and resources for living well and dying with dignity. The Death Cafe fits perfectly with our mission and it is our goal to offer a safe, open container for people to share their thoughts and hearts about death and dying. We serve delicious cake, coffee and tea alongside open dialog on death's many nuances.
About Further Shore
Aleia O'Reilly has 30 years experience in group facilitation and event coordination in the field of health and wellness.
Meg Leander has a masters in counseling and was formerly a hospice employee.
Angela Krupica has a bachelors in health education and 10 years experience as an event coordinator.
