About this Death Cafe
We host Death Cafe because...we know Death is the Great Matter!
because...we want to meet others who are committed to the project of living this life in an awakened sense of each passing moment!
because...we have witnessed the only difference between life and death is one inhale!
because...we are passionate about not wasting this finite life!
because we are committed to living this precious life in joy, love, fun, healing and laughter!
because...we see the end of life process as a profound opportunity for liberation!
because...we want company talking about all aspects of Death!
and...we seek to explore a Buddhist approach to death and dying!
