We are hosting this Death Cafe because of out interest in death and how others view it, as well as the relationship between death, food and ritual. All cakes provided for the event will be baked in the morning from a selection of Victorian, Italian and American funeral cake recipes.
About Allotment Project
The host of this Death Cafe are artists, researchers and sociologists interested in life, death and food. We run various discussion groups mainly focusing on the role food plays in society.
