About this Death Cafe
This Death Cafe will be run as part of our Mexican Day of the Dead celebrations. It will give people a safe and relaxed place to discuss death over tea and cake. Children are welcome (we recommend 11+ but this is at the parent or carer's discretion). We believe that talking about death isn't as morbid as people might think and it's really important to discuss death and dying.

Bristol Museum & Art Gallery is pleased to welcome Paula Rainey Crofts & Dee Ryding as hosts for our first Death Cafe. Paula won the Lifetime Achievement Award at the Good Funeral Awards 2013. Dee won the Celebrant of the Year 2014.
